There’s never been a fishing season like 2020. Effects of the COVID-19 pandemic have been felt from the angler, up the chain through all facets of the global fishing industry, with no segment left untouched.
Though the shared human response of this public health threat has been mutual in many ways, its result on the greater fishing market is uneven at best. Not all countries, or even all U.S. counties, have been subject to the same plight.
