Most of us gravitate to a chainsaw when it comes to tree work. It’s incredibly effective and can be an efficient way to make a real impact. Cutting a tree with a chainsaw is basically part of our DNA. Like clicking tongs at the grill, drumming the steering wheel in the truck when an old favorite comes on or giving a good push-button pen a double click, once the saw gets in our hands we have to start cutting trees. But the technique you choose, and the outcome you're actually after, changes everything about what that tree does for your property long after you've put the saw away.
