Weekly, podcast host Rick Ryals has been working with Florida Sportsman magazine for decades in just about every aspect. Since taking over the reins of the Florida Sportsman Action Spotter Podcast, Ryals has intrigued, entertained, informed and humored the state's listeners.

His cast of well-known fishing captains has helped Ryals with topics each week that are regularly discussed from what is happening with the sargassum seaweed problem to how sharks are taking catches and what to do with them to where the best local bite is each weekend.
